About the program
A Medical Coder & Biller can compile, process, and maintain medical records of hospital and clinic patients in a manner consistent with medical, administrative, ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of the healthcare system. They can also classify medical and healthcare concepts, including diagnosis, procedures, medical services, and equipment, into the healthcare industry’s numerical coding system. Includes medical coders. Upon completing the CHCP 3-6months program, students that participated to the certification program till the end will Earn an Chcp Diploma certificate and have the full eligibility and option to take the MCBC Nationally examination isued by the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) This exam demonstrates competency and international recognition in the core skills needed to work proficiently in the role.
